Facilitating high-quality reflection and learning is rarely straightforward. Our 2027 AAR Conductor Learning Sets provide a supportive and structured environment where facilitators can explore real experiences, share challenges, and deepen their practice.
Who Can Join?
The Learning Sets are open to anyone working in healthcare who uses AARs to support learning, improvement, safety or quality. You do not need to have completed our AAR training programme to participate.
What’s Included?
- Four facilitated online sessions during 2027
- 2.5-hour sessions held every 10 weeks

£295 per participant for 4 online sessions, learning summaries after each session and expert facilitation throughout.
